This document outlines the general framework for project agreements between Simplicity and its clients. Individual project terms are established through separate, signed agreements.
The scope, deliverables, and timeline for each project are defined in the project proposal or statement of work. Changes to scope are managed through a change request process.
Clients are expected to provide timely feedback, necessary content and assets, access to required systems, and decisions within agreed timelines.
Changes to the agreed scope, deliverables, or timeline may affect the project cost and schedule. Change requests are documented and require approval before implementation.
Payment schedules, methods, and terms are specified in the project agreement. Late payments may affect project timelines.
Deliverables are presented for client review and approval at defined milestones. Feedback should be consolidated and provided within the agreed review period.
Intellectual property ownership and licensing terms are specified in the project agreement. Generally, final deliverables are transferred to the client upon full payment.
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and not to disclose it to third parties without consent.
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice as specified in the project terms. Termination terms including payment for completed work are defined in the agreement.
Simplicity liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
